Having held senior leadership roles such as Director of F&B, General Manager, and Group Director across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Canada, Raghib understands hospitality not as theory, but as lived reality, including service pressure, guest expectations, team dynamics, and brand standards.
